  1. Login to your account and go to ‘My Order’ list.

  2. Click ‘Review proof.’

  3. Review the front side of the card

  4. Click ‘Request change’ to leave feedback.

  5. Click on a specific area that needs to be adjusted/changed, and press ‘enter’ to save your notes.

  6. Review the back side of the card and the envelope too.

  7. Click ‘Approve’ if nothing needs to be changed, or click 'Request Change' if you still need changes (go to step 8).

  8. Click ‘Submit my feedback’ to submit your change request.

  9. The updated proof will be sent to your account within 1 working day.

  10. If you are in a hurry, you can send us an email at support@paperlust.co to let us know that you have submitted your feedback. However, most of the time, this isn't necessary as we will be notified right away after you click 'Submit my feedback'.

Special Cases

The 'Submit my feedback' button is greyed out

This happens because you haven't reviewed all of the available designs. Make sure you have reviewed the front side, backside and envelopes.

I left comments on my designs days ago but haven't received any updates.

First, please kindly ensure you have clicked the 'Submit my feedback' button to get the system to notify our team of your activity. Secondly, you can check whether the email went to your junk mail. If you still cannot find it, please contact us by call/chat/email, and we will investigate the situation.
